Cylindrical roller bearings are separable bearings, very convenient for installation and removal. Line contact between rollers and raceways provides high radial load capacity, suitable for both heavy loads and impact loads, as well as high-speed rotation.
Classified by rib structure: N-type (outer ring without ribs, inner ring with double ribs), NU-type (inner ring without ribs, outer ring with double ribs), NJ-type (outer ring with double ribs, inner ring with single rib), NF-type (inner ring with double ribs, outer ring with single rib), NUP-type, and other configurations. By number of rolling element rows: single-row, double-row, and multi-row cylindrical roller bearings. Double-row cylindrical roller bearings feature compact structure, high rigidity, high load capacity, and small deformation under load.
Improved raceway and rolling element geometry design provides higher load capacity. New rib and roller end face design improves lubrication conditions in the contact area, enhancing axial load capacity and performance.
