Solution
Product Selection: Double-row tapered roller bearings were adopted, featuring an integrated sealing design and a maintenance-free structure.
Material Upgrade: Electroslag remelting bearing steel was used, achieving high-grade purity and homogeneity.
Precision Machining: Full-process CNC machining was employed, with key dimensional accuracy controlled at the micron level.
Quality Assurance: 100% ultrasonic flaw detection, magnetic particle inspection, and full dimensional inspection.
